Training and Development

The Company is committed to the development of the organisation as a whole, through the ongoing education, training and development of all its employees.

Training Department

The department is a fully accredited Training Provider with the Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA)

It operates in accordance with the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 certified by SABS

Internally it has developed its own specific operator training material in accordance with the requirements of the MQA unit standards This includes Structured Work Experience (Practical) and Instructional Learning (Theory)
